Daylight Saving Switch Affects Metro Schedule
Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Saturday night/early on Sunday morning. Did you forget?
When we spring forward tomorrow night at 2 a.m., it will suddenly be 3 a.m., and just like they have in previous years, Metro is reminding customers that the Metrorail system will close promptly at 3 a.m.
So keep in mind when you go out on Saturday night that, unless you're in Arizona or Hawaii some parts of Indiana, you'll have one less hour of drinking time at the bars, and one less hour of Metro service.
