This weekend is the 26th annual Dupont Kalorama Museum Walk. Enjoy free admission and a plethora of activities at the ten participating museums including the Phillips Collection, the Woodrow Wilson House and the Textile Museum, just to name a few. The Museum Walk will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Free shuttle bus service is provided between venues and bike parking will be available at key locations. >> Also in Dupont, it's First Friday. Be sure to stop into Hillyer Art Space for Frank Warren's PostSecret: Confessions on Life, Death and God. Reception from 6 to 9 p.m. $5 suggested donation.

>> Washington Project for the Arts get's in on First Friday with Unwrap. This interactive exhibit, transforms the WPA office with color and memory. Opening reception 6 to 8 p.m.

>> Then pop on down to Penn Quarter for more First Friday receptions. Caos on F exhibits furniture, paper and mixed media work by Elizabeth Klimek, Matthew Falls and Michael Berman. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

>> Channel your inner Tim Gunn and get yourself to the Flaunt Fashion Runway show this Saturday at Honfleur Gallery, 8:30 p.m. A collaboration between Ten Miles Square and Project Beltway, this show highlights emerging local talent in fashion and photography. Arrive early to view the corresponding photography exhibit, which is at the end of its run. $10, advance purchase only, 202-580-5972.

>> The Katzen Arts Center at American University opens three new exhibits this Saturday. See Garry Knox Bennett: Call Me Chairmaker's 52 one-of-a-kind sculptural chairs, The Washington Print Club’s 20th biennial exhibition, Love, Let Me Count the Ways, and Robert Hudson and Richard Shaw: Collaborations an exhibit featuring 60 sculptural works. Artists’ reception Friday 6 to 9 p.m.

>> Join DCAC for a gallery talk on their current exhibit Gift Exchange, Sunday 3 p.m. Explore the notion of art as gift rather than a commodity.

>> Tonight the Sackler Gallery debuts Asia After Dark. The evening includes food tastings, a cash bar, dancing and gallery tours. 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. Advance tickets have sold out and a limited number of tickets are available at the door. $18 includes one drink ticket.

>> The Art of James Walker opens at Art Whino Friday. The exhibit will highlight the artist's exploration of moments in time and show photography, paintings, books and collage, all centered around this theme. 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., National Harbor.

>> CreativesDC hosts their next meet up at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Tuesday June 9 at 6:30 p.m. Hear creative entrepreneurs discuss how they use creativity to grow their businesses. RSVP with web site sign up.

>> Imagination Bethesda will take place Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This children's street festival will celebrate the arts with hands on creative activities, live music and more.

Art Notes:

> Long View Gallery acquired a new space at 1234 Ninth Street, NW. and plans to renovate the vacant building for a grand opening in September 2009. Long View will occupy the southern portion of the building, more than quadrupling the square footage of their current location and will remain open until the end of July.

> The Washington Printmakers Gallery presents work by Marian Osher in Eyetinerary, Wonders of Familiar Pathways. Opening reception Friday 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and an artist's reception and gallery talk on Saturday starting at 1 p.m.

> Rebecca Minkoff brings her wares to D.C. for a sample sale. Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hotel Helix.

> History in the Abstract opens at Foundry Gallery. Hear about Donna K. McGee's work at an artist reception Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m.

> Neptune Gallery hosts an artists reception for Joseph Barbaccia, Saturday 7 p.m.
