So I don't live in Virginia, and only recently clued into anything about the gubernatorial primary when I saw a commercial for Creigh Deeds. And I just have to ask...
What the f*ck kind of name is Creigh Deeds?! Did he start his career as a local TV weatherman? It's definitely a name for someone who only shops at Whole Foods and wears loafers with no socks.
Creigh Deeds was also the name of a Rocky Balboa opponent. Get with the program.
Also, Creigh is from Bath, VA which is in the middle of nowhere. He's a rural man, not what you'd call a Whole Foods-shopping yuppie. Maybe you ought to try wikipedia for once unless you were just trying to be funny.
Mr. Deeds looks like he'll have the most curious name for a Virginia governor since Littleton Waller Tazewell
I rarely side with the City Paper, but the Huffington Post can shove it up their tight cracker asses. Their dumb elitist shit gives liberalism a bad name.
Finally, someone who understands the threat to our great nation posed by Bolshevism! Have you heard this Lenin guy who is going around getting people riled up? How about that nut Trotsky? And the young student who is out in the sticks hitting on Tevya's girls (despite the matches set up by Yenta) and teaching them to dance?
