Actor Paul Rudd crosses a busy street in Adams Morgan while in town filming. Photo by Kim Maxwell Vu
DCist witnessed D.C. Police escorting the production trailers for the Untitled James L. Brooks Project out of Adams Morgan last night, and we've since heard stars Jack Nicholson, Owen Wilson, Reese Witherspoon and Paul Rudd have moved on to other locations, including spots along the 14th Street NW corridor (trucks are lined up today from at least R Street up to T Street), while other scenes will be filmed inside the lobby and outside of the office building at 875 15th Street NW, aka The Bowen Building, for big chunks of the weekend -- a security notice sent to workers in the McPherson Square-adjacent building says they'll be there pretty much all day Saturday and Sunday, and then again overnight at the end of next week.

guinness on the trunk of the car!
also did paul rudd put on weight?
Paul Rudd and a six pack of Guinness! Way to make my Friday. Throw in Henry Rollins and I'll be good for the year.
I saw Reese Witherspoon in front of the Adams Mill Bar yesterday afternoon. It looked like they were in the process of getting ready to film a scene.
so hot.
Ooooooh I agree! Definitely makes my loins all tingly!
which one? There's lots of them.
who the hell's Paul Ruud
He was the daughter on My Two Dads. Not sure why people still care about him, though. Since then, the only work he's had has been Italian infomericals and donkey shows.
He was also the middle son on the Tim Allen Tool Time show.
Don't forget, he played Kermit Arnold, Kevin's cousin, in a recurring role on The Wonder Years.
He my p/t cabana boy when he's in town: "Thanks for picking up the six pack for me, sweet cheeks, now get to work."
See the genius of Paul Rudd in:
I Love You, Man
Knocked Up
40-Year-Old Virgin
Anchorman
Rudd also starred as Dwayne in "What's Happening" and its fantastic sequel, "What's Happening Now." BTW, Shirley Hemphill = yumyum, and her son with DJ Mike O'Meara is now playing AAA ball for the Yankees farm team in Trenton.
Oops. Made a little bit of a mistake in that previous comment. Trenton Thunder are the Yankees' AA affiliate. Boy, is my face red!!
Wasn't he also one of the hookers Fenty strangled with lycra a couple of weeks ago?
omg the hottness. *drool*
Jack Nicholson and Paul Rudd were seen at Connecticut and R just about a half hour ago.
Sat next to Owen Wilson for almost an Hour at Dean and Deluca in Gtown...both of us reading the New York Times, sipping our coffees. It was like we were an old married couple who've run out of things to say.
Really cool to be within a few feet of him (Life Aquatic = priceless), but I also felt bad for him. he had turned off his blackberry, and later these two girls shout 'OMG look its Owen Wilson!' at which point he jumped up and jogged away very quickly. all the guy wanted was some friggin privacy, you stupid bitches!
Don't want to step on your memory, and I think Owen Wilson is very talented... Life Aquatic? That was just a horrible movie, and I say that as a huge Wes Anderson fan (even Darjeeling Limited)
