Flickr photographer yospyn piqued our interest with his unusually framed portrait of one of the residents of the small encampment across the street from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. The accompanying description on the Flickr page provides some detail about the subject, but, as with any good photographer, he leaves you wanting to know, and to see more.
