Police Involved Shooting Near Navy Yard

A man was shot and killed this morning after a confrontation with D.C. police on the 600 block of M Street SE, The Post is reporting. The man was reportedly being sought by police in connection with a killing that took place May 31. There's still some confusion over whether the gunshot that killed the man came from police or was self-inflicted.

I am sure this shooting had NOTHING to do with the public housing that is 500 feet away from the crime site.

So how long will it take for Jason Cherkis to pick up this story and scream about how the cops shot this guy in cold blood and should have just left him alone or the cops had no reason to believe their lives were in danger? I predict an article in the City Paper next week.

Let the countdown begin....

Yeah, but it has to be half a'd to meet City Paper standards.
