If the Federation (US Soccer) and Confederation (CONCOCAF) are too stingy to keep the Metro open, they better make sure the US match kicks off at 9 or soon after. Barring a bad thunderstorm, it won't run late. No extra time or penalties in this stage of the competition. Should be over at about 10:45.
