He usually walks back and forth (I guess sort of marching alone.) When the red light goes on at 2nd and Mass he tries to sell papers to people stopped in their cars.

yup, we see him just about every day. i've been tempted to flash a $5 & see if he'll sell me a paper--even though i'm not his target audience. he only holds the paper out to certain people sitting at the light.
