TRIBE PRIDE!
I travelled to the game with my Wahoo wife and her two Wahoo friends. I heard some trash talk from one of the girls on the way down about how much they were going to crush the Tribe (e.g. "I didn't know William & Mary had a football team"). The atmosphere in the visitor's section was fantastic, and the UVA fans were nothing but gracious to us before and after the game. We won't forget this game for quite some time.
I had a great ride home!
Also, I'm not sure why Charlottesville is a local team when it's about 120 miles away but Williamsburg is not, at 150 miles. Give some love to an underdog with a lot of local ties!
Yeah, what the hell Aaron? You're forgetting that W&M is just as local. And UVA is a feeding school for LNS.
And for that matter, I made a poor comparison -- Blacksburg is over 260 miles away.
And where's Navy here?? Yes, they lost to #6 Ohio, but at least it was a game worth watching, unlike the MD game which I didn't even bother turning on.
