Sen. Al Franken Thinks He Works in Maryland

This video of Al Franken doing his standard party trick of drawing the United States map has been making its way around the 'webs. Now we're not going to beg, like Alaska or Hawaii, but where's the District of Columbia on your map, Sen. Franken? This isn't even a question of voting rights, just plain ol' accuracy. And unlike Florida (America's wang), the tiny little rectangle is easy to draw.

rectangle? used to be a square, standing on its corner. now it's a square with a big bite taken out. delicious.

He even got Michigan's Upper Peninsula, but not DC. Sad.

Man, he has really backed up to an air hose...

That's pretty good, especially considering that most of the populace has no idea where most of the states are let alone being able to draw them.

He probably needed a finer sharpie to draw DC.

Technically he drew a map of the united states so DC doesn't get to be recognized. Oh well, maybe someday.

DC's as much a state as Guam is. The map is accurate.
