This is a f*cking beautiful picture.

Her whole photostream is pretty great. As is her middle name.

That accordion dude is freaking awesome. And yes, +1 on the photograph.

this photograph makes me think of les claypool for some reason.

very nice.

i suppose for purposes of full disclosure, identifying Eric Axelson just as "DCist contributor" makes sense. but DCist is perhaps not his most well-known or beloved previous work . . .

My favorite DCist album is "DCist is Terrified."

me too! or maybe "DCist Emergency & I"

seems like a statehood shoutout would have been appropriate too.

i may have to go tonight, now.

Although, come to think of it, they really hit their creative peak with "DCist Gets Rich."

Mama CHUD Chinatown Sue is taking me to see Mr. Freedom tonight.

What's up with all the "+1"s lately? It's like the digital cupcake craze. I mean give props- word. Give 'em all day long... but sheesh, are your comments bringing a date?

re-districte-ed: what's the big deal? it's short, sweet, and clear.

I think it's a reflection of the commentariot's desire to have a modded point system in the Slashdot style so we can better express whose comments we like and don't like. How else can we efficiently judge our peers and determine who is King of DCist??
