And Now, 10-20 Inches

for those souls sticking around for the holiday
You might not believe it - but some people are actually from here. With families close by and everything! We're not all politicos and carpetbaggers heading back to the Great Flyover to tsk at obtuse relatives over 1pm dinner.
F*kn A, man! Every DC native knows that Thanksgiving and Xmas are the best times to go slumming downtown. All the transplants, Hill interns, and d-bag World Bankers have headed back to Barstow, Oxnard, and Eisengard and you can actually get a table in the snootier restaurants. Hot tip: the best time to get f**ked up and watch "To Fly!" is during a blizzard. Air & Space is empty, you can actually get a parking space, and nothing beats doing donuts on Constitution Avenue when you're high as a f**king KITE, man.
Spoken like a true Smithsonian administrator...
Hey, you want to get on the museum administrator's good side. Have you ever wanted to have "relations" with one of those mannekins? How about the cafeteria's fro-yo machine? How much would you pay for a "foot job" from the ruby slippers that Judy Garland wore in "The Wizard of Oz?" Because once you've done that, you never go back to your old Keds.
Great interview, Sommer! It made me wish I wasn't going up to NJ this weekend. And it was so cute when Kojo sang happy birthday to you. :)
Great segment! Just one tiny thing. Though Terra Cotta Warriors tickets are sold in 30 minute increments, once you're in you have as much or as little time as you want in there. We're telling people to allow about an hour.
