Sunday The Road Less Traveled By Photo: November 29, 2009

For my Thanksgiving weekend feature, I chose to see the feel-good holiday film The Road, an uplifting movie about a boy and his pops and the hilarity that ensues when they go on vacation sans mom. Maybe maxedaperture was coming from the same warm fuzzy place when he shot this image from Rock Creek Park, capturing the thoroughfare winding through the park. This has me wanting to jog or push a stroller! Other Flickrers caught some holiday film–related snapshots, like JBrazito's homage to the challenging foreign art-haus flick, Ninja Assassin.

Damn Kriston! "...an uplifting movie about a boy and his pops and the hilarity that ensues when they go on vacation sans mom..."

I'll bet you reviewed The Killing Fields" as "...a group of reporters take a wacky romp through Thailand...".
