The Washington Business Journal brings word of eight more Starbucks stores that will close in the D.C. metro area. Among the stores to be shuttered are the Cleveland Park store at 3420 Connecticut Ave. NW, the Georgetown location at 3301 M St. NW (already closed, as far as we know), both 11201 New Hampshire Ave. and 3850 International Drive in Silver Spring, and the store located in the Dulles Retail Plaza.

The closest Starbucks locations to the soon-to-close Cleveland Park store are the National Zoo location, at 3000 Connecticut Avenue NW, and the Van Ness location, at 4250 Connecticut Ave. NW.

The last round of Starbucks closings, announced last summer, didn’t affect D.C. very much.
