Woo Capital Pride! Your correspondent couldn’t have asked for better timing for the parade yesterday. As it happened, I was entertaining a few art journalists here in town for an NEA conference and had a few hours to kill before our evening plans kicked off. Walking from Georgetown toward U Street to knock back a few at the Black Cat, we ran smack into the incoming parade. Nothing makes your city look better than a fierce GBLT march, even if it means seeing more genitalia than the agenda strictly calls for.
