Capital Spice reports that the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington has officially announced 2011 D.C. Winter Restaurant Week, which will be held from January 17-23. This year’s prices for the three-course meals are $20.11 for lunch and $35.11 for dinner. So be sure to get cracking on making your reservations now.
