Metro has just announced that all Metrobus service in Maryland, Virginia and the District will be suspended at 9:30 p.m. tonight due to deteriorating road conditions. Bus drivers will complete the routes they are on at that time, and then return to their garages. According to WMATA, regional bus services including Alexandria’s DASH, Arlington’s ART, Fairfax Connector, DC Circulator, PRTC, Fairfax City CUE, and Montgomery County’s RIDE ON will be halting service at 9 p.m. WMATA says that they “will be monitoring road conditions constantly with an eye toward resuming service on Thursday morning.”
