It doesn’t appear as if the story about undercover Metropolitan Police Department officers getting naked rubdowns while investigating city brothels is going to be going away anytime soon. The Washington Times’ Jim McElhatton has filed another report on the matter which alleges that D.C. cops’ nakedness wasn’t limited to an investigation into Jasmine Therapy on the 1800 block of M Street NW — court documents show that an officer investigating a parlor on 8th Street SE in October 2009 was “touched in the groin area” while lying naked on a massage table and asking what other services the woman could provide. According to the documents, two officers investigating that operation allegedly asked for “everything for $160” — one of them kept his underwear on when lying on the massage table, while another did not.
Police said last week that despite it being a “difficult to control” situation, undercover cops getting naked while gathering evidence at massage parlors is “prohibited.”
