To be fair, it was probably only a matter of which alt-media organization was going to get around to it first. That said, the Washington City Paper has won the race to Xtranormalize Kwame Brown’s — or, as the bear’s voice recognition software calls him, Creme Brown — acceptance of a “Fully Loaded,” taxpayer-funded SUV which didn’t have the “black-on-black” interior he requested.
