WTOP’s Mark Segraves, apparently able to avoid being detained during the reporter/security scuffle outside the Mayor’s office earlier this afternoon, reports that Sulaimon Brown will indeed lose his job at the Department of Health Care Finance after 15 days of paid administrative leave. Based on some back of the envelope math, that means Brown stands to earn somewhere around another $4,500 from the government before he’s officially off the payroll. Before all the insanity broke out at the Wilson Building, Alan Suderman was about to get Mayor Vince Gray on the record. “Whatever happened has happened within the Department of Health Care Finance,” Gray said to Suderman. “I really don’t know the details.”
