The silly ice cream shop with the made up name, Häagen-Dazs, is giving away free ice cream around the D.C. area from 4-8 p.m. today. With comfortable temps in the 70s, it feels like a fantastic day to take a stroll through the giveaway locales, free cone in hand: Georgetown (3120 M Street NW), Gallery Place (703 7th Street NW), Union Station (50 Massachusetts Avenue NW), Pentagon City (1100 South Hayes Street) and Bethesda (7305 Woodmont Avenue).
