Members of Capitol Hill Baptist Church, along with other Hill residents, are searching for Matt Hill, who went missing on Tuesday morning, May 24.
Hill was last seen on around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning at 9th and H Streets NW. He was driving a 1996 Black Honda Civic LX, which has also gone missing. Fox 5 reported last night that Hill was supposed to show up at the Church after dropping off a student he was mentoring in Foggy Bottom; Hill’s cell phone is reportedly off and his credit card was used at an Exxon station in Arlington on Tuesday.
Concerned residents and members of the church have filed a police report in the District and have been on the lookout for the last couple of days, but have not yet heard any information. There is a Facebook group which has been started by those looking for Hill. “Please continue praying,” the wall reads, noting that the search for Hill is ongoing. “Much work to be done today.”
If you have any information, or see Hill or his missing Civic, please contact MPD (202-715-7300) and reference Missing Persons Case # 073-157. A flyer with more information can be found below.
