ORIGINAL POST: The Post reports that Prince George’s County police have questioned an active duty D.C. vice police officer after finding a woman and a one-year-old dead in Hillcrest Heights. Richmond Phillips, an eight-year veteran of the police department who lives in nearby Temple Hills, was scheduled to appear in court this morning for a child support hearing with Wynetta Wright, who was reported missing on Monday. Police are not identifying the dead bodies, but Wright’s mother has told media outlets that she believes they are Wright and her daughter Jaylin.
