February 6: Stop signs as decoration, 1800 block of T Street NW.

Today is as good a day as any to highlight how incredibly mild our winter has been so far. It was on this very day two years ago, after all, that the District was slowly digging itself out of 18 inches of snow, the first of two such storms that would strike the region in a matter of weeks. This winter, well, hasn’t been very wintry, now has it?
