A few days’ postponement couldn’t keep the annual gaggle of bedazzled revelers away from Dupont Circle last night. The annual High Heel Race went off without a hitch in the chilly November air. Mayor Vince Gray and Councilmember Jack Evans (D-Ward 2) made appearances, too.
