Three Secret Service agents were sent packing from Amsterdam for partying too hard last Sunday, the Post reports.

According to sources, the three agents were assigned to protect President Barack Obama during a diplomatic visit to Amsterdam, but got so drunk in their off hours that staff at the hotel they were staying at were forced to contact the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands to deal with them. Multiple sources report that one of the agents was found passed out in the hotel hallway Sunday morning by security personnel. Obama was scheduled to arrive in Amsterdam the next day.

Of course, this isn’t the first time a Secret Service agent hasn’t exemplified, uh, the best behavior while on a detail in another country. In 2012, one agent was sent home from a detail in Colombia after allegations that he may have been involved with a prostitute.

Ed Donovan, a spokesperson with the Secret Service, told the Post that they had to send the three employees home for “disciplinary reasons” and they were put on administrative leave. Amsterdam gets the best of us all sometimes.
