Victory! D.C. is a state! We did it, you guys! Pizza for everyone!
OK, we didn’t actually gain statehood, but Push For Pizza—a new app that makes the “very simple act of ordering a pizza even simpler”—officially recognizes it as not being a part of Maryland or Virginia, the Post first reported.
If you recall, Push For Pizza made a really good impression on District residents when it announced it’s now available in our city, but that we have to enter Maryland of Virginia as the “state of residence.” Oof.
Naturally, Push For Pizza fixed the problem and now D.C. residents can actually input D.C. as their state of residence. Hey, it’s not statehood, but small victories, am I right?
No but seriously, pizza for everyone. IT’S THE LEAST YOU CAN DO, PUSH FOR PIZZA.
