Last evening, D.C. hosted its first Dîner en Blanc, a flash mob picnic where participants are required to wear all white and bring their own table, chairs and dinnerware to match.

The dinner took place along the Anacostia River in Yards Park, a location kept secret until one hour before the meal began. Photographer A.J. Cabrera braved the scene and captured these photos.
