One day after being ruled incompetent to stand trial and having an outburst in federal court, a man accused of jumping a White House fence appeared uneventfully in D.C. court.

Dominic Adesanya appeared in D.C. Superior Court today on charges he jumped a White House barrier in July and tried to break into the Treasury Department, the Post reports. The 23-year-old, who is now facing federal charges related to an October fence jump, may be sent to a facility in North Carolina to undergo evaluation, as a federal judge mandated Monday.

Adesanya is accused of jumping the White House fence and kicking the two dogs who subdued him. He should not be confused with 42-year-old Omar Gonzalez, who is accused of jumping the fence in September and entering the First Family’s home with a knife.
