(or Dank Chronic) resident Barack Obama go ahead and smoke the plant D.C. voters opted to legalize this week as nothing’s going to get done in Congress anyway. But not so fast, Stephen (and everyone else): The ballot initiative still has to get through the Senate and House, where Rep. Andy Harris is preparing to give the city a hard time yet again.
