Once host to a giant cat head that projects art from its eyes, The Yards is now adding a Pacers and a Philz Coffee to the mega-project.

Pacers Running is the final store to join The Yards retail hub, The Boilermaker Shops (also home to Bluejacket Brewery). It will be the sixth location for the locally owned company.

And San Francisco’s best coffee shop (if you ask me) will open across the street, in the Arris residential development, in the spring of 2016. The store is one of several planned for the District—the first market for Philz outside of California, where they have more than 20 locations. A Philz is slated to open in Adams Morgan early next year, and there have been rumors of a store coming to 14th Street and Florida Avenue NW.

The developers of the project also announced a 16-screen movie theater, projected to open in 2018, last month.
