Normal service has resumed on the Red Line after multiple incidents stymied commutes this morning. Or perhaps we should reverse that sentence: unusually scheduled service has resumed after a normal commute of confusion and brake problems, coupled with a side of smoke at Union Station. Still, expect residual delays if you’re riding the Red Line rails.
