Adele fans will have to wait nearly a year to see her command the Verizon Center. But first they will have to manage to score tickets this Thursday.

Her two appearances in the District are slated for October 10 and 11. Tickets for the megastar’s first U.S. tour in five years will go on sale on December 17 at 10 a.m.

It’s certainly a far cry from the first time she played D.C. in 2008 at the Sixth & I Historic Synagogue.
