Nearly 2.5 million people will flee the region for the holidays, and the congested security lines can lead to anxiety for even those travelers hopped up on egg nog.
United Airlines has enlisted a few good pups to help travelers “reduce stress and deliver smiles to anyone who needs one,” according to a release explaining the airline’s United Paws program.
United Paws crews began greeting D.C. area customers at Dulles Airport yesterday between 9 a.m. and noon, and between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The program continues through tomorrow.
