Update 2: Metro has restored all aboveground service on the Green Line.
Now 79 of 91 Metro stations are running.
Here’s the 4 p.m. map showing which stations are open.
Metro General Manager Paul Wiedefeld announced that tomorrow morning, starting at 5 a.m., all train lines except for the Silver Line will be running. He estimates that trains will run every 12 minutes. Unlike today, travelers will have to pay to ride.
Update: Metro announced that it will be opening aboveground stations on the Blue and Yellow lines at 3 p.m. today to allow customers to get to National Airport using the train.
The Reagan National Airport stop will be served on the Blue Line between Largo Town Center and Huntington, and on the Yellow Line between Mt. Vernon Square and Huntington.
Braddock Road Station remains closed.
Here’s the Metro map showing all of the stations open as of 3 p.m.

Original: All Metro stations in the District—save for Benning Road—will open at 11 a.m. this morning for limited operations.
Mayor Muriel Bowser made the announcement at a press conference today, following a release from Metro stating that some aboveground service would resume this morning.
Beyond D.C. proper, Metro will also restore service between Medical Center and Glenmont on the Red Line, between Ballston and New Carrollton on the Orange Line, and between Fort Totten and Branch Avenue on the Green Line at 11 a.m. Some underground stations on the Red, Orange, and Green lines opened at 7 a.m. this morning.
Trains will run every 20 to 25 minutes, and Metro will be open until midnight.
Metro services today are free.
Metro spokesperson Dan Stessel said that from 11 a.m. onward, 20 more aboveground stations will reopen. He said the Silver Line would take the longest to get running again, because it’s located near the most snow fall.
There will be 24 bus lines operating from noon to 5 p.m.:
District of Columbia: 32, 33, 36, 53, 70, 90, A6, A8, S4, U8, V4, X2
Maryland: C4, B30, D12, K6, P12, Q2, Y2, Z8
Virginia: 5A, 16A, 16E, 28A
In addition to those “lifeline services,” buses servicing the airports are coming back. The B30 route, which goes from BWI to Greenbelt (a Metro station that is still closed) and the 5A route from Dulles to L’Enfant Plaza will begin operating at noon.
The Metro system was entirely shut down Saturday and Sunday during the blizzard.
