Newly minted Grammy winner Meghan Trainor is headlining this year’s Capitol Pride concert. She shares the billing with YouTube personality/Ellen DeGeneres fave/make-out partner Charlie Puth.

Trainor won the Grammy award for Best New Artist in February after being nominated for the second year in a row. Puth will return to D.C. after playing to a sold-out crowd at U Street Music Hall on Friday (the Washington Post called it “an exercise in the banal and inoffensive”).

Organizers of the annual Capital Pride Festival and its corresponding concert say they draw a quarter million attendees. This year’s events, slated for Sunday, June 12, will feature 200 exhibitors, three stages, “beverage gardens,” and a family zone. The festival will start at noon, and the concert begins at 1 p.m.

“The 2016 Capital Pride Festival and Capital Pride Concert will be remembered as one of the best on record,” Ryan Bos, executive director of the Capital Pride Alliance, said in a statement. “We will have more exciting entertainment than ever, and expect more exhibitors and attendees than ever.”

Carly Rae Jepsen headlined the festivities last year, along with En Vogue, Wilson Phillips, Amber, and Katy Tiz.
