Over the past few weeks, it seemed like every time we turned around, there was an unexpected explosion of color. As it turns out, the city saw an influx of new murals this fall —among them works commissioned by MuralsDC and 10(!) via the District Walls project (from the same group behind Richmond’s annual mural project, which flies in artists from around the world to put their mark on the city’s walls).
