Good news for those white shoes you’re always afraid to wear outside: Dîner en Blanc, the all-white picnic that attracts thousands of diners each year (along with its fair share of criticism), will return for its fifth year on August 25.

In past years, up to 4,500 diners have queued up to dress “elegantly” in all-white (seriously, the rules are tres specific on this), pack up a “gourmet meal,” and schlepp it to the dinner site, along with a square table, chairs, picnic basket, and napkins—all in white, bien sûr. According to organizers, this year’s event will have space for 5,000 attendees, making it D.C.’s biggest Dîner yet.

As is tradition for Dîner en Blanc’s worldwide family of dinner parties, the location will remain secret until the day of the fête. Previously, diners have rendezvous…ed at Yards Park and Henry Bacon Park.

It may not surprise you to learn that attending a white-attired gourmet dinner party is a somewhat exclusive affair: Attendees of previous Dîners get first priority for reservations, and get an access code to refer friends. Newbies can try their luck on a waitlist that has thousands of people on it. Tickets for the event—which, remember, do not include food or seating—will run you $52, according to Washingtonian. Optional pre-prepared dinner baskets and table and chair rentals come with additional fees.
