Outrage. Tears. Solidarity.

All were on display Friday as protesters took to Capitol Hill in response to the possible confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

A final vote on Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court is expected Saturday after senators voted to end debate Friday, 51-49. Kavanaugh has been accused of sexually assaulting Christine Blasey Ford when they were teenagers.

Here are a few glimpses of the protests. A total of 101 people were arrested throughout the day, according to the U.S. Capitol police.
