According to numerous media sources, Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) is suing several companies involved in the day-to-day operation of the cafeteria inside the Longworth House Office Building for damages of $150,000. Kucinich claims that a "sandwich wrap" he purchased from the cafeteria in April 2008 was "unwholesome and unfit for human consumption" because it contained an unpitted olive, which Kucinich did not "visually detect prior to consumption" and caused "serious and permanent dental and oral injuries requiring multiple surgical and dental procedures" as well as "loss of enjoyment." more ›
