Michael Wilbon, the beloved Washington Post sports columnist and co-host of ESPN's Pardon the Interruption, had a minor heart attack early Monday morning. Firefighters took almost eight hours to put out a four-alarm blaze overnight in Adams Morgan on the 2600 block of Adams Mill Rd., across from Pierce Park. Yesterday the National Park Service quietly announced that Ford's Theatre, the site of President Abraham Lincoln's assassination and one of D.C.'s most popular tourist destinations, will close today for 18 months as it undergoes a massive renovation.
