Virginia is in the process of linking its automatic toll collection system to the EZ Pass system on the East Coast, making it easier for drivers to pass through toll gates without much delay. Like WMATA's SmarTrip card, the EZ Pass electronic transponder system allows drivers to fly through toll barriers and have fares deducted automatically from their accounts. more ›
