The RAMMY Awards from the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) are the Emmys for D.C. area restaurants. This year, three RAMMY categories are determined by a public vote: "Hottest Restaurant Bar Scene," "Neighborhood Gathering Place" and "Power Spot."
