On Saturday, the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, acting in conjunction with Baltimore's Artscape festival, hosted an opening at the Baltimore Museum of Art to announce the Sondheim Artscape Prize -- the Mid-Atlantic region's most prestigious art awards.
