21-year-old Aaron Tobey, of Charlottesville, stripped down to his underwear at a security checkpoint at Richmond International Airport on Thursday afternoon. Tobey had written a reference to the Fourth Amendment on his chest. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and released. His arraignment is scheduled for January 10. I guess it was only a matter of time until someone made this statement in protest, but I wonder what outrageous ways people will protest the Metro bag searches? I'm sure you commenters have some great ideas.

Loudoun Co. Official: TSA Pat Downs Are Part Of "Homosexual Agenda"
Loudoun County Board of Supervisors representative Eugene Delgaudio is angry about the TSA pat downs that were all the rage in the media during the busy Thanksgiving travel season. But it's not because he finds the pat-downs unconstitutional, or generally objects to America going too far in its dogged attempts to prevent terrorism. Airports Continue Quest To Unseat Dentist's Office At Top Of "Worst Places Ever" List

That said, I can only imagine how messy things might be after all the recent hubbub about the Transportation Security Administration's new screening policies.

No word on what the message said, but a local CBS news affiliate reported that authorities described it as "a bomb threat."
Security Lockdown at Dulles Airport
Dulles police confirmed reports from sources that Washington Dulles International Airport is on security lockdown. Flights are neither arriving nor departing at this time, and no passengers are passing through airport security. Police could not say at what time airport activities were put on hold, and police would not comment on the cause. Flight status as of 5:25 p.m. is still showing normal departures and arrivals. Transportation Security Administration agents said that no one at the information call center had any knowledge of the lockdown. Developing. . . .
