Members of Virginia’s congressional delegation say work on moving the FBI headquarters should wait until a government watchdog can complete a review of the site selection process.

The General Services Administration’s internal watchdog will investigate the agency’s process for choosing a Maryland site over two others for the new FBI headquarters.
