Women Against Bush (who recently organized a Bush Blues Bash in the district) has teamed up with a group calling themselves Party4Kerry to organize an event planned for this Thursday titled “Get Bush Gone, Bring on the Johns”

Admission to the event, to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Club Vida, requires a $25 minimum donation to the Kerry campaign. From the invitation:

“The No Cocktail Left Behind Act has been passed: 2 for 1 drinks until 8pm, and $2 off all drinks thereafter. There’s no way this act will fail! DJs will be spinnin’ hip-hop, R&B, classics, rock and reggae and will have you sh- sh- sh- shakin’ … “
