DCist swung by DC9 Saturday night to see what was up with the 2004 DC National Rock Paper Scissor Championship, sponsored by Magic Hat.
As you can see, competition was heated, as was the upstairs of DC9 where it took place, which was sweltering. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our visit.
