Although the Smoking Ban may be dead for now, the activists at SmokeFreeDC.org aren’t giving up. They will be kicking off this year’s efforts at an event tonight at Mimi’s, a bar they note “which will be smokefree from Sept. 8 on.”

Meanwhile, smokers are reminded they can visit BantheBan.org if the movement seems to pick up steam yet again.
