Want to buy one of the Panda sculptures that decorated D.C. this summer? Although they’ll be auctioned on Oct. 9, the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities is accepting pre-bids or proxy bidding through a special auction website.
Although a D.C. government official told WTOP “people from across the country have been calling us for weeks,” thus far there seem to be only a few lookers, and as of late this afternoon there weren’t any bids we could spot on the site.
